Washakie Medical Center, part of the Banner Health system, is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN opportunity in Worland, Wyoming. This role offers per-diem flexibility within a community hospital setting that emphasizes high-quality care and work-life balance.

CRNAs in this position will practice in a CRNA-only model and provide anesthesia services for a range of surgical cases, including orthopedics, general surgery, endoscopy, and obstetrics. The role is well suited for CRNAs who are comfortable practicing independently and enjoy working in a rural hospital environment with clinical variety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Perform ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia techniques and epidurals
• Manage anesthesia care throughout the perioperative period
• Collaborate with surgical and perioperative staff to ensure patient safety
• Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• Restricted rate: $130 per hour with an 8-hour guarantee (Monday–Friday)
• Unrestricted call rate: $50 per hour
• W-2 employment status

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification in good standing
• Active, unrestricted Wyoming CRNA license or ability to obtain
• Experience practicing independently in a hospital setting
• Proficiency with regional anesthesia and ultrasound-guided blocks
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements
