Job Description

Quantum Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced and highly independent CRNA for a PRN opportunity at a facial plastics center located in West County, Missouri. This position is ideal for CRNAs looking for a low-acuity, office-based anesthesia role with predictable hours, no call, and complete clinical autonomy. Coverage is needed 1–2 days per week, making this a great option for those seeking supplemental income or a flexible part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for office-based facial plastic surgery procedures
• Administer MAC anesthesia for elective cosmetic cases
• Independently manage all aspects of anesthesia care
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and efficient case flow

Compensation & Benefits

• $235 per hour compensation
• 6-hour daily minimum guarantee
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Malpractice insurance provided

Job Requirements

• Active CRNA certification
• Comfort working independently without anesthesiologist supervision
• Experience with MAC anesthesia required
• Strong clinical judgment and efficiency in office-based settings

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN schedule: 1–2 days per week
• Office-based facial plastics center
• No call, no nights, no weekends
• 100% independent CRNA practice model
