Job Description

Essential Anesthesia Management Group is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team at the Abilene Center for Orthopedic & Multispecialty Surgery in Abilene, Texas. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for outpatient and orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient safety during surgical procedures.
• Execute regional blocks including interscalene, axillary, femoral, and popliteal.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current and unrestricted Texas CRNA license
• Proficiency with peripheral nerve blocks (interscalene, axillary, femoral, popliteal)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position – flexible weekday scheduling
• No call, nights, or weekends
• Outpatient surgery center setting
• Majority orthopedic cases with occasional pain management, podiatry, and pediatric ENT
