Job Description

Lincoln Healthcare is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia coverage at modern outpatient centers in Webster, Texas. This position focuses on dental, plastics, and minor surgical procedures in a relaxed, predictable setting with no nights, weekends, or call requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia services for outpatient dental, cosmetic, and minor surgical cases.
• Perform patient evaluations, administer IV sedation or general anesthesia, and monitor patients through recovery.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure patient safety and efficient case flow.
• Uphold professional standards and maintain accurate anesthesia documentation.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: Up to $200/hour (1099)
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Daily Guarantee: 6 hours minimum (typically 6–8 hour days)
• Call/Weekends: None
• Practice Type: Independent outpatient anesthesia

Job Requirements

• Active Texas APRN License with CRNA designation
• NBCRNA certification in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduate CRNA experience
• Proficiency in IV sedation and anesthetic agents including propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, and ketamine
• Malpractice liability insurance with minimum limits of $1M/$3M
