Advocate Health is recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the Anesthesiology Team at Manitowoc/Two Rivers. This PRN opportunity offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work in a challenging and supportive environment.

Schedule

• Casual, as needed (PRN)
• Monday-Friday
• Limited call requirements

Major Responsibilities

• Provides all elements of pre-anesthesia, anesthesia, and post-anesthesia services including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in collaboration with the surgical team.
• Manages patient conditions based on clinical indications and evidence-based care.
• Participates in preoperative evaluations, including patient assessments, exams, obtaining informed consent, and ordering/administering pre-medications.
• Ensures readiness and availability of equipment, supplies, and medications for planned anesthetics.
• Delivers comprehensive anesthesia care from induction to emergence, and manages post-anesthesia recovery.
• Handles emergency situations with advanced airway management, administration of emergency drugs, and use of life support techniques.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

License/Certification Requirements

• Active RN and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice
• Active national board certification as CRNA by NBCRNA
• Active DEA registration prior to hire
• If practicing in Illinois: active Illinois Controlled Substance License prior to hire
• Active ACLS, PALS, and NRP (as required by clinical site/practice) within 6 months of hire
