Powder Valley Surgery Center in Gillette, Wyoming, is seeking skilled CRNAs to join its all-CRNA model. This PRN position offers flexible commitments, excellent compensation, and a supportive team environment with no call, no nights, and no weekends. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for outpatient procedures including GI, eyes, ortho, and pediatric ENT
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and anesthesia planning
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients intraoperatively
• Manage recovery and post-anesthesia care to ensure patient safety
• Support block anesthesia on designated block day (Tuesdays)

Compensation & Benefits

• Per diem: $2,000 minimum per day
• Locum: $2,000/day with travel and lodging covered
• Flexible arrangements: 1099 or W-2 options

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification and Wyoming state licensure
• Experience with outpatient anesthesia cases preferred
• Ability to work independently within an all-CRNA model
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• 2 CRNAs scheduled per day
• Monday–Friday only
• 8 hours or less per day
• No nights, weekends, or call
• Flexible PRN commitments: 1–2 weeks or a full month at a time
