Job Description

Progressive Anesthesia Consultants of California is seeking CRNAs to join a small, collegial private practice group. Providers work independently across two hospitals in Northern California, supporting a wide range of cases in a flexible and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across multiple specialties, including GI, general surgery, ophthalmology, pain management, GYN, orthopedics, and OB.
• Independently manage cases while collaborating with a supportive MD and CRNA team.
• Participate in scheduled OR coverage, typically Monday–Thursday, starting at 7:30 AM.
• Utilize and develop regional anesthesia skills; training support available.
• Contribute to maintaining safe, progressive anesthesia practices in well-equipped ORs.

Compensation & Benefits

• $2,000 per day minimum
• Flexible scheduling options: 1–4 weeks per month, part-time or full-time availability
• Overtime opportunities after 3 PM
• Use of a group-provided lakefront house for providers during shifts
• Independent contractor (1099) arrangement

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification and active California license
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently
• Regional anesthesia skills preferred (training available for those wishing to expand skills)
• Commitment to providing progressive, high-quality anesthesia care

Schedule & Work Environment

• ORs run Monday–Thursday starting at 7:30 AM
• Cases generally conclude before 3 PM
• Flexible scheduling—contractors may choose limited or full-time work
• Supportive OR staff and positive relationships with surgeons
