CRNA-Only ASC Opportunity in Orange County – Up to $1,400/Day
Job Description
A multispecialty outpatient surgery center in Orange County, California is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for PRN coverage. This position operates in a CRNA-only practice model and requires providers who are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment.
The center performs a variety of orthopedic, urology, and general surgical procedures. Providers must be comfortable performing regional anesthesia techniques and managing cases independently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures
- Perform regional anesthesia techniques including nerve blocks
- Provide intraoperative monitoring and airway management
- Deliver post-anesthesia recovery monitoring and care
- Coordinate with surgeons and perioperative staff to maintain efficient case flow
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily compensation up to $1,400
- 1099 independent contractor arrangement
- Flexible PRN scheduling
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active California license required
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Regional block proficiency required
- Ability to function independently in a high-volume outpatient surgery center
- New graduates considered if qualified

- PRN opportunity
- Coverage available Monday through Saturday
- No call responsibilities
