Job Description
PRN opportunity for an experienced CRNA to provide autonomous anesthesia care in an outpatient surgical setting. The practice is an all-CRNA model with a strong emphasis on regional anesthesia. You’ll handle a focused mix of general surgery, orthopedics, and interventional pain cases in a collegial, efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia care for general, ortho, and pain procedures (MAC and GA as appropriate).
- Perform peripheral nerve blocks; select and execute regional techniques to optimize outcomes and recovery.
- Conduct pre-op evaluations, formulate anesthetic plans, and manage intra-/post-operative care.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold safety and infection-control standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily rate: $1,400 – $1,700 (1099, PRN).
- No nights, weekends, or call.
Job Requirements
- Current NBCRNA certification and active California licensure (or eligibility).
- Proficiency with regional anesthesia (ultrasound-guided blocks).
- Ability to work independently in an all-CRNA model; strong communication and decision-making skills.
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN, daytime coverage.
- All-CRNA model; collaborative, fast-paced ASC setting.
- No call requirements.
