CRNA PRN – Visage Facial Plastic Surgery / $250 per hour

Job Description

Visage Facial Plastic Surgery, a premier facial plastic surgery practice in Waukesha, WI, is seeking an experienced CRNA to provide anesthesia services in a private office setting. This is a PRN opportunity with highly flexible scheduling, ideal for CRNAs looking to supplement their practice in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer conscious sedation, deep sedation, and general anesthesia for facial plastic surgery procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Monitor patient safety and vital signs throughout procedures
• Ensure safe and comfortable recovery post-anesthesia
• Work collaboratively with surgeons and staff to provide a seamless patient experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $250 per hour
• PRN schedule with a few days per month

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification and Wisconsin state license
• Strong experience in sedation and general anesthesia for outpatient procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN role, a few days per month
• No nights, weekends, or call
• Private practice setting with a positive, patient-centered environment
• Procedures exclusively for adult patients (no pediatrics)
