Job Description
A confidential AFIB ablation practice in Humble, Texas is seeking experienced CRNAs for a flexible PRN opportunity beginning January 19, 2026. This role is ideal for clinicians comfortable working in a fully independent practice model, providing anesthesia services in a procedural cardiology setting with predictable case flow and no call obligations. The practice schedules 4 to 6 cases per day with two providers on site, ensuring steady pacing and strong provider support. Initial scheduling includes coverage on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month as well as every Friday, with the possibility of additional dates as availability and practice volume grow. Compensation ranges from $1,300 to $1,700 per day, with a guaranteed 6-hour minimum and overtime available after 8 hours per day. This assignment offers a consistent, low-stress workflow and is ideal for CRNAs seeking part-time or supplemental income within a stable outpatient cardiac practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia care for AFIB ablation procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans
- Administer and monitor anesthesia throughout each procedure
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery and ensure safe patient transitions
- Collaborate with a two-provider daily anesthesia team
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,300–$1,700 per day
- 6-hour daily guarantee
- Overtime paid after 8 hours per day

Job Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active Texas CRNA license
- NBCRNA certification
- Comfort and experience with independent CRNA practice
- Ability to manage anesthesia for AFIB ablation and similar cardiac procedures
