Q Medical Management is seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a private practice team in Emeryville, California. This flexible role is available for part-time, full-time, or per diem schedules—perfect for providers who want to earn excellent pay while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective anesthesia services for a variety of outpatient procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure smooth case flow and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patients throughout all stages of anesthesia and recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: $205 per hour
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour guarantee
- No nights, weekends, or call
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with an active California license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Experience in outpatient or ambulatory anesthesia preferred
