Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join an established, fully independent anesthesia practice supported by Integrity Anesthesia Solutions. This is a definite PRN opportunity offering premium hourly compensation, additional call pay, and the ability to practice at the top of your license in a true autonomous model.

This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position and is ideal for experienced CRNAs who are comfortable with independent decision-making and hands-on procedural care. Both day shift coverage and call availability are needed, providing flexibility as well as significant earning potential for providers willing to participate in call rotations. There is no medical direction at any time.

The clinical environment supports a broad and engaging case mix, including obstetrics, general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, and endoscopy. The OB service averages approximately 240 deliveries per year, making epidural experience highly valuable, though not strictly required. Strong regional anesthesia and block skills are required for this position, and CRNAs will be expected to manage cases independently from start to finish.

Compensation is highly competitive, with a base rate of $250 per hour. In addition to hourly pay, CRNAs receive $1,000 per night for weeknight call and $2,000 per night for weekend call. Malpractice insurance is fully covered by the group, and support is available for obtaining a DEA license if needed. Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care across a diverse hospital-based case mix
• Perform regional anesthesia and nerve blocks as required

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• NBCRNA certification required
