Copley Hospital in Morrisville, Vermont is seeking a per diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver independent, full-scope anesthesia care in a patient-centered, low-traffic setting. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled CRNA to join a collaborative team and enjoy the beauty of Vermont while practicing regional, general, and emergency anesthesia care. Both W-2 and 1099 options available, with immediate start dates.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer general, regional, and emergency anesthesia independently
• Perform invasive pain blocks, acute pain management, and labor analgesia
• Insert arterial and epidural catheters and administer spinal anesthesia
• Interpret patient vitals and monitor intraoperative conditions
• Document pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient conditions
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital teams
• Participate in hospital-wide quality assurance initiatives

Job Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nurse anesthesia and nursing programs
• Certified by the NBCRNA and licensed in Vermont
• DEA registration and BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (preferred)
• Strong regional skills including ultrasound-guided blocks
• Comfortable with independent practice and full-scope care

• Full case variety including OB, ortho, trauma, outpatient, and pediatrics
