Independent PRN CRNA Opportunity – Autonomy, $190/hr, and Housing in Northern California

Job Description

Join a collaborative anesthesia team in a small Northern California hospital where CRNAs practice independently and manage their own cases. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases, including general surgery, GI, ortho, podiatry, urology, gynecology, cardioversions, pacemakers, and minor vascular procedures.
• Provide anesthesia services independently without supervision or medical direction.
• Optional OB coverage available for those with recent obstetric experience.
• Participate in flexible scheduling and call rotations (home call with ~3 hours of in-house work on average).
• Perform peripheral nerve blocks (preferred but not required).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $1,500 – $2,600 per day ($190/hour)
• 1099 independent contractor arrangement
• Flexible PRN scheduling with a minimum of one week per month
• Full-time opportunities available for interested candidates
• Housing provided for commuters — a two-bedroom home with a pool located close to the hospital

Job Requirements

• Active and unrestricted CRNA license
• Current NBCRNA certification
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse case mix
• OB anesthesia experience preferred (optional for OB coverage)

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN schedule: minimum one week per month
• Shifts guaranteed with highly flexible scheduling
• Home call with minimal in-house requirements
