Lincoln Healthcare is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide dental anesthesia in an outpatient setting in Encino, California. This independent contractor role features short 4–6 hour days (with a 6-hour guarantee), low daily case volume, and a calm, procedure-focused environment—ideal for CRNAs who want predictable hours without nights, weekends, or call.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for outpatient dental and oral/maxillofacial procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and review medical histories
• Independently manage open airway sedation using agents such as propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, and ketamine
• Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical status during procedures
• Ensure safe emergence and post-anesthesia recovery prior to discharge
• Collaborate with dentists, oral surgeons, and clinical staff to support efficient case flow and patient safety

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Competitive pay: $300 per hour
• 4–6 hour days with a 6-hour guarantee
• Low volume: typically 2–3 patients per day
• Modern, fully equipped outpatient dental surgical center

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CRNA
• Proficiency in open airway sedation and use of propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, and ketamine
• Active California CRNA license
• Current NBCRNA certification
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Dental anesthesia or oral/maxillofacial experience preferred
• Ability to carry malpractice insurance with minimum $1M / $3M coverage

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN schedule, Monday–Thursday
• Short 4–6 hour days with a 6-hour guarantee
• No nights, no weekends, no call
• Low-volume, high-autonomy outpatient practice
