Outpatient CRNA – West Coast Surgery | $2,000–$3,000/Day | 1–2 Saturdays a Month
Job Description
West Coast Surgery in Palm Desert, CA is seeking an experienced and independent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a flexible PRN opportunity. This position is ideal for a CRNA who is confident in outpatient anesthesia care and looking to supplement their schedule with occasional weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for outpatient orthopedic and spine procedures.
- Work independently and manage the full anesthesia care process from pre-op to post-op.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative experience.
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical staff to deliver high-quality care in an ambulatory setting.
Compensation & Benefits
- $2,000 – $3,000 per day
- Flexible PRN scheduling (1–2 Saturdays per month)
- 1099 independent contractor arrangement
Job Requirements
- CRNA must be comfortable working independently.
- Experience with outpatient orthopedic and spine anesthesia preferred.
- Current CRNA certification and California state licensure required.
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN basis – 1 to 2 Saturdays per month
- Daytime shifts only – no nights, weekends, or call requirements beyond scheduled days
- Outpatient ambulatory surgery center setting
