Per-Diem CRNA – Independent Practice | $200/Hour – Banner Lassen Medical Center
Job Description
Banner Lassen Medical Center in Susanville, California, is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its team on a per-diem basis. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, including general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, and endoscopy.
- Perform preoperative evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and manage anesthesia administration and recovery.
- Perform ultrasound-guided regional and peripheral nerve blocks.
- Work independently in a CRNA-only model with access to state-of-the-art equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period.
Compensation & Benefits
- $200/hour restricted coverage and activation rate
- $20/hour unrestricted call rate

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current and unrestricted California license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
- Proficiency in ultrasound-guided blocks
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
