Job Description
Central Valley Anesthesia is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, California. This flexible PRN opportunity offers competitive pay, professional autonomy, and a supportive clinical environment — all within driving distance of Rancho Cucamonga.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical cases, including general, orthopedic, GI, spinal, and limited OB procedures.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop safe, patient-specific anesthesia plans.
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patient responses intraoperatively and postoperatively.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia team members to ensure smooth case flow and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and uphold best practices in patient safety.
Compensation & Benefits
- $200/hour (approximately $1,600 per day)
- Flexible weekday and weekend PRN scheduling
- 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active California CRNA license required
- Experience with general, orthopedic, GI, and spinal cases preferred
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
