PRN CRNA – Flexible Day Shifts | Private Practice, Dallas
Job Description
Family-based private practice in Dallas is seeking 2–3 PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to augment a growing team. Enjoy a collegial group of MDs, consistent daytime work, and an ophthalmology-heavy caseload (approximately 65%) with additional B/MAC, local, topical, some general anesthesia, and occasional pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe anesthesia care for an ophthalmology-focused caseload with additional B/MAC, local, topical, and select general cases.
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage postoperative recovery as indicated.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure efficient case flow and excellent outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in patient safety.

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Experience with ophthalmology cases and B/MAC, local, topical, and general anesthesia
- Comfort with occasional pediatric cases
- Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) required
- Ability to operate as an independent contractor and work a consistent day
