Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support anesthesia services at CHRISTUS San Marcos Hospital in San Marcos, Texas. This is an independent practice opportunity within a collaborative community hospital environment, working alongside a stable team of experienced CRNAs and anesthesiologists.
The facility offers a broad and balanced case mix and provides PRN clinicians with flexibility, guaranteed hours, and the option to pick up additional call shifts if desired. This role is ideal for CRNAs seeking autonomy, schedule flexibility, and consistent clinical exposure without a long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia care across multiple service lines
- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia for a broad surgical population
- Collaborate with CRNAs and anesthesiologists in a community hospital setting
- Participate in OB, general, orthopedic, and GI anesthesia as needed
Compensation & Benefits
