Gastro Health is seeking experienced PRN CRNAs to support its growing network of gastroenterology endoscopy centers throughout the Greater Baltimore metro region. This opportunity offers consistent daytime coverage in a single-specialty, office-based environment focused exclusively on general GI procedures. Locations include Catonsville, Columbia, Annapolis, and Towson, providing flexible options for scheduling across multiple modern facilities.

This role is ideal for CRNAs seeking predictable hours and excellent work-life balance. All positions are Monday through Friday with typical hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities. CRNAs work independently while collaborating closely with an experienced GI physician team and highly trained clinical staff. Each center is designed for efficiency, patient safety, and smooth workflow, allowing providers to focus on high-quality anesthesia care without the complexity of hospital-based practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for general GI endoscopic procedures
• Provide safe, efficient care in an outpatient endoscopy setting
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and support staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient monitoring

Compensation & Benefits

• $180–$200 per hour with 8-hour daily guarantee
• $1,500–$1,600 per day equivalent
• PRN 1099 independent contractor status

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
• Single-specialty GI endoscopy centers
