Job Description

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the anesthesia team at Huntsville Memorial Hospital in Huntsville, Texas. This PRN role offers full-scope, independent practice in a collegial and supportive environment, with flexible weekday and weekend scheduling beginning in October.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent anesthesia care across a broad case mix including GI, general surgery, orthopedics, GYN, urology, OB, and vascular.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations, administer anesthesia, and manage post-operative recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other CRNAs to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards.

Compensation & Schedule

• Position Type: PRN
• Start Date: October
• Schedule: Flexible weekday and weekend call availability
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Malpractice: Paid malpractice and tail coverage included

Job Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active Texas CRNA license (or eligibility)
• Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred
