Job Description
Q Medical Management is seeking PRN CRNAs for an independent practice opportunity in Emeryville, California. This role offers flexible scheduling (PRN, part-time, or full-time options), a competitive $205/hour rate, and an 8-hour daily guarantee. With no call and a Monday–Friday schedule, this position is ideal for CRNAs seeking excellent work-life balance while practicing independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia care in an outpatient setting
- Perform preoperative evaluations and develop anesthesia plans
- Manage intraoperative anesthesia and patient monitoring
- Ensure safe recovery and post-anesthesia patient transition
- Work autonomously with no medical direction
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 independent contractor position
- $205 per hour
- 8-hour daily guarantee
- PRN, part-time, and full-time options available
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No call requirements
Job Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active California CRNA licensure
- NBCRNA certification
- Ability to practice independently (no medical direction)

- Monday–Friday operations
- No FIRST or SECOND call
- Independent practice model
- 8-hour guarantee per day
