Job Description

Metro Anesthesia & Pain Management LLP, a physician-owned private practice, is seeking PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for coverage at outpatient surgery centers in the Des Moines, Iowa region. This is an ideal opportunity for CRNAs looking for flexible weekday shifts with no call, no weekends, and a quick finish most days.

All cases are bread-and-butter (B&B) performed in outpatient settings. Most shifts end in the early afternoon, offering great work-life balance. Enjoy a supportive, team-oriented group in a vibrant area with strong schools, activities, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for outpatient B&B surgical cases
• Work independently or within a team as needed
• Maintain patient safety and accurate documentation

Compensation & Benefits

• $200/hour
• Daily minimum of $700; maximum up to $1,600 depending on shift length
• Flexible PRN shifts, Monday through Friday

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Eligible to practice in Iowa
• Outpatient or B&B anesthesia experience preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position
• Monday–Friday only
• No call, no weekends
• Cases typically completed by early afternoon
