Job Description

CPR Anesthesia, Inc. is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a PRN opportunity in North Dallas, Texas. This position is focused exclusively on cataract procedures in an outpatient setting and offers a predictable, low-acuity workflow.

CRNAs in this role will provide anesthesia care for ophthalmology cases on a part-time PRN basis, working one to two days per week. The position offers consistent scheduling, an eight-hour guaranteed shift, and a supportive practice environment with no call or weekend requirements.

Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for cataract and ophthalmology procedures
• Conduct pre-procedure patient assessments and anesthesia planning
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period
• Ensure accurate and timely anesthesia documentation
• Adhere to clinical safety and quality standards

Compensation & Benefits

• $200 per hour compensation
• Eight-hour guaranteed workday
• Minimum daily rate of $1,600
• Weekly pay
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided
• 1099 independent contractor position

Job Requirements

• Current CRNA certification in good standing
• Active Texas CRNA license or ability to obtain
• Comfort providing anesthesia for ophthalmology procedures
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
• Eligibility to meet facility credentialing requirements

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN schedule with coverage one to two days per week
• Outpatient surgery center environment
• No call, nights, or weekend responsibilities
