Job Description

An established outpatient anesthesia practice is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide sedation coverage across multiple surgery centers in the Baltimore and Washington, DC area. This PRN opportunity is ideal for CRNAs who enjoy flexible scheduling and independent practice in a fast-paced, outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer sedation anesthesia for outpatient pain management and minor surgical procedures.
• Conduct pre-procedure assessments and develop anesthesia plans tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care consistent with best anesthesia practices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate: $1,300–$2,000 based on experience and assignment

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current Maryland CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with sedation and pain management preferred
• Ability to work independently and travel between sites as needed
