PRN CRNA – Roseville – $235+/hr + Daily Guarantee
Job Description
Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Roseville, California is seeking a PRN CRNA to provide general anesthesia for full mouth dental implant procedures in an office-based setting. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity within an all-CRNA practice model offering full autonomy and a strong daily guarantee.
CRNAs work directly with oral surgeons to deliver life-changing implant procedures. The role requires independent practice and proficiency in nasal intubations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer general anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and patient education
- Collaborate with surgeons to develop and implement anesthesia plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient responses
- Ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery in an office-based setting
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 independent contractor
- Starting at $235 per hour (negotiable based on market)
- Daily pay guarantee whether you work or not
- No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
- Providing vacation coverage
- Malpractice not provided (coverage limits 1M/3M required)
Job Requirements
- Active California RN and APRN licensure
- NBCRNA certification required (must be fully certified)
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Minimum two years of CRNA experience
- At least one year practicing independently as a solo provider
- Recent general anesthesia experience
- Proficiency in nasal intubations
- Experience in outpatient or office-based anesthesia
- Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
- New graduates not accepted
Schedule & Work Environment
- PRN position
- Report time 6:30 AM; first surgery at 7:00 AM
- 100% autonomous, solo CRNA practice
- Office-based dental implant center
- No call responsibilities
