Springfield Hospital in Southern Vermont is seeking a PRN CRNA for a fully independent anesthesia practice. This opportunity allows CRNAs to work to the full extent of their training with no OB services, low call burden, and strong peer support for those transitioning into independent practice. Key Responsibilities

• Provide fully independent anesthesia services across multiple specialties
• Manage preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans
• Perform intraoperative anesthesia care autonomously
• Handle low-volume call with approximately 1:3 rotation
• Collaborate with supportive colleagues during transitions into independent practice

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 independent contractor position

Job Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active CRNA licensure
• NBCRNA certification
• Comfort practicing independently or willingness to transition with mentorship

Schedule & Work Environment

• PRN position
• Independent CRNA practice environment
• Negotiable FIRST call
• No SECOND call
• CAH setting with general surgery, ortho, podiatry, gyn, and urology
• Outdoor-focused region with hiking, biking, kayaking, and skiing within minutes
