Integrity is seeking PRN CRNAs for Morris Hospital in Morris, IL, and Fox Valley Orthopedics in Geneva, IL. This position offers high autonomy, with CRNAs performing a mix of bread-and-butter cases including general, ortho, urology, GYN, ENT, spine, endo, and labor and delivery at Morris, and almost exclusively orthopedics at Fox Valley Orthopedics. Block skills are preferred, with epidurals and spinals required at Morris Hospital. There is also an opportunity to learn to perform blocks if desired.

**Compensation Summary**
– $235/hr 1099, with an 8-hour shift guarantee. 10-12 hour shifts available.
– Backup call 1:5 with a $1,000 bonus on weekdays and $2,000 bonus on weekend days.
– $235/hour call back with a 2-hour guarantee.
– Malpractice insurance provided.

Job Qualifications

– Experience with a wide variety of cases, including ortho, general, GYN, spine, and labor and delivery
