PRN CRNA Job – Independent Practice in Ukiah

Job Description

A Northern California hospital is seeking CRNAs to join a collegial group of providers practicing with full autonomy. This position offers excellent flexibility with per diem, part-time, or full-time options in a supportive environment, along with competitive pay and housing accommodations for commuters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care independently across multiple specialties including General Surgery, GI, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Eyes, GYN, Pacemakers, Cardioversions, and minor Vascular cases.
• Optional OB coverage for those with recent experience.
• Participate in call coverage, typically from home with minimal in-house hours required.
• Perform peripheral nerve blocks if skilled, though not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily rate: $1,500 – $2,600 ($190/hr equivalent)
• Flexible schedule: work as little as 1 week per month, or full-time if desired
• Guaranteed shifts with condensed scheduling options
• Housing provided in a 2-bedroom home with pool located near downtown Ukiah
• Independent contractor (1099) arrangement

Job Requirements

• CRNA certification and active California license
• Ability to work independently without medical direction
• Strong clinical skills across a variety of surgical cases
• OB and regional anesthesia experience a plus, but not required
